What happens if I decide to cancel or return my order?

If you return the DVD's within 2 weeks of purchase I will provide 100% of your money back no questions asked.


What happens if I receive my order and the DVD is damaged?

Contact me by phone or by email and give me your name and address and tell me which DVD was damaged or both. I will replace the damaged DVD or DVD's at my cost.


How quick will my order ship & how?

I will have your order processed and shipped within 5 days of receiving the order. I ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. Please feel free to email me and request the status of your order.


Will my personal information be passed on to anyone from me placing an order?

No. Your credit card information is kept up with through the PAYPAL Merchant Services which is a registered name with VIP networks. The VeriSign Identity Protection (VIP) Network offers an extra layer of security when you log in to websites displaying the VIP logo with your PayPal Security Key . PayPal will send me an email of your order with the shipping information and your email address only. All credit card information will remain with the merchant. I will fill the order and file the paperwork. Your information will not be reviewed any further unless you have a claim for damage.
